UK: European managed holiday rentals firm Awaze has named Sharla Singh as its new Chief Financial Officer, following her period as Interim CFO since May.
Awaze has appointed Sharla Singh as its Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Singh, who joined the company in 2023, has served as Interim CFO since May this year.
Before stepping into the interim role, Singh led Awaze’s Financial Planning & Analysis division. She previously held senior finance roles at high-growth digital platform businesses, including nearly eight years at Mony Group, formerly Moneysupermarket Group, where she served as Group Financial Controller.
In her permanent position, Singh will support the company’s long-term growth strategy. Awaze said it has made progress this year across technology, service and marketing initiatives, contributing to an increase in repeat bookings and guest satisfaction. The company reported a record August 2025, with more than one million guests staying across its portfolio in 20 countries.
Awaze CEO Matthew Price said: “Sharla’s time within Awaze and her strong platform business experience positions her perfectly to take on the role of CFO permanently.
