US: Outdoor accommodation platform Hipcamp has added 27 campground properties in the US Northeast through a partnership with Modern America Campgrounds.
The properties are located across high-demand destinations including Maine and New Hampshire, where supply constraints have been identified in camping and outdoor accommodation markets.
Hipcamp said the addition expands its inventory in areas where demand for bookable campsites is exceeding available supply.
Alyssa Ravasio said internal data shows strong demand concentration in parts of the Northeast, with the company tracking a “supply constraint score” based on search activity and available listings.
Modern America Campgrounds operates 34 locations across the region, with 27 now bookable through the Hipcamp platform.
Hunter Vazza said the partnership is intended to increase visibility and simplify booking for customers as competition for guests increases.
