HomeToGo launches HomeToGo Originals brand for Interhome and Kraushaar

Europe: HomeToGo has launched HomeToGo Originals, a new umbrella brand for its property management businesses Interhome and Kraushaar.

The move brings the two companies together under a single identity while retaining their existing brands, local expertise and homeowner relationships.

Interhome will now be presented as “Interhome, a HomeToGo Original”, while Kraushaar will become “Kraushaar, a HomeToGo Original”.

HomeToGo said the initiative is designed to highlight its directly managed inventory and strengthen its B2B division, HomeToGo_PRO, which now accounts for around 66% of the group’s total IFRS revenues following the acquisition of Interhome in 2025.

The company said HomeToGo Originals will also become the umbrella brand for future property management acquisitions as it continues to expand through its buy-and-build strategy.

The launch reflects HomeToGo’s wider ambition to combine local property management expertise with its global marketplace distribution and technology platform.

For homeowners, the company said the model offers increased visibility, occupancy and performance through HomeToGo’s distribution network, while travellers will have access to professionally managed properties supported by local teams.

The HomeToGo Originals branding is now being rolled out across Interhome and Kraushaar websites, marketing materials and local service offices.
