Switzerland: Boutique advisory firm AJL Atelier has confirmed the appointment of Markus Gruber as its new M&A projects and growth lead.
Gruber arrives at AJL Atelier having previously served as head of business solutions and services and head of business unit B2B at smart access solution provider Nuki Home Solutions GmbH.
His background also includes expertise in B2B, digital transformation and strategic growth, having spearheaded M&A [mergers and acquisitions] initiatives and subscription model innovation at previous companies.
