Thailand: Furnished flexible rental operator Blueground has announced that it will expand into Thailand this year through a new franchise agreement with Chic Republic Public Company Limited.
Blueground Thailand will open at least 3,000 quality, design-centric, flexible apartments in four cities in Thailand during the agreement term.
The news follows the company’s first franchise deal with Mitsubishi Estate to launch Blueground Japan in March.
Bangkok-based Chic Republic Public Company Limited, an established retailer specialising in furniture and home decor, is set to introduce Blueground Thailand, extending Blueground’s living spaces to the bustling cities of Bangkok, Rayong, Chonburi and Chachoengsao. With Thailand’s burgeoning expat and digital nomad community in mind, the first batch of apartments is slated to launch in Bangkok by the middle of this year.
