Canada: Three months after TravelAI acquired the Casai.com domain, the re-launched brand has surpassed more than 2500 bookings from “hundreds of thousands” of visitors, according to the company.
Casai.com is one of the latest brands developed by TravelAI – one which is dedicated to offering high-end villas, holiday homes and vacation rentals in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
John Lyotier, founder and CEO of TravelAI, said: “Today, we are thrilled to state we have already surpassed 2500 bookings from this site, putting us 25 per cent of the way to our annual goal for the brand. Our intent is always to be profitable with every brand from day one, proving that you don’t need large venture backing to launch a successful travel business.”
Casai.com, which aims to make luxury travel accessible and help travellers easily find and compare the best properties around the world, is the latest in TravelAI’s portfolio of micro-segmented brands, which also includes Rent by Owner, Family Vacation Rentals and Cabinns. New artificial intelligence [AI] tools [both proprietary and public] allow brands and companies like TravelAI to scale quickly if they address a unique niche or persona and use the tools now available.
The company works with the large travel sellers, using AI to curate properties that provide the highest standards of comfort and style.
An UpNext company, TravelAI specialises in personalised travel experiences and data-driven content generation, harnessing the power of applied AI to create ‘micro-segments’ that divide travellers into groups based on customer needs, preferences and behaviours. The company is also seeking to redefine the travel landscape, introducing efficiencies and enhancing the traveller experience while “preserving the warmth and humanity that defines great travel”.
TravelAI completed the acquisition, branding and launch of Casai.com in March, just days after finalising the purchase of the domain from Casai, a Mexican proptech startup which closed its doors in July last year after having raised in the region of $50 million in funding.
