Doinn launches SaaS solution for hospitality market
Portugal: After eight years as a marketplace for professional cleaning services, Portuguese startup Doinn launched its software-as-a-service [SaaS] solution for the cleaning and hospitality markets at last week’s Vitur Summit in Málaga.
With this new technology, managers of vacation homes, coliving properties and student accommodations are able to digitise their operations whether they work with their own or external teams.
Likewise, cleaning, laundry and / or sheet and towel rental companies have a platform that covers all CRM, quality, accounting, communication, logistics and human resources management needs.
Doinn’s technology has been developed specifically for the cleaning and hospitality markets and is being used by “hundreds” of customers around the world. The company’s SaaS platform will enable its clients to automate task management, job assignment, cleaning track, and process optimisation, all on a single platform.
