Hospitable introduces integrated owner payment feature, claiming industry first

US: Property management software provider Hospitable has added a new Owner Payouts feature to its property management software, enabling managers to pay property owners directly through the platform. The company claims it is the first PMS in the short-term rental sector to offer fully integrated owner payments as a native feature.

The update links payouts to the finalised owner statements generated within Hospitable. Once a statement is published, the platform issues the payment automatically, with managers and owners able to connect bank accounts through a verification process and track the status of transfers.

The tool is designed to reduce the manual calculations and administrative work that typically accompany owner payments, an area where many operators still rely on spreadsheets or external software.

Owner Payouts sits alongside Hospitable’s wider suite of owner-facing functionality, including accounting tools, expense management, profit and loss reporting, a QuickBooks integration, and branded owner portals offering live performance data.

Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO and founder of Hospitable, said the company focused on simplifying a process that becomes increasingly time-consuming as portfolios grow.

The feature is available on the Mogul plan and currently supports bank accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, with additional markets planned.
