Canada: Property automation software company Operto Guest Technologies has partnered with Smoobu, an all-in-one property management solution for short-term and vacation rentals, bringing together the guest, manager and ancillary service providers under one operating system.
Through the partnership, property managers using Smoobu will be able to access Connect, Operto’s flagship software solution, to deliver a seamless guest and operational experience. The Connect platform launched earlier this year in February.
Operto’s smart solutions are already used by vacation rentals, serviced apartments and hotels across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa.
Smoobu provides a built-in channel manager, PMS, booking engine, rates synchronisation, websites, unified communications, guest guide, check-in online and more. It powers over 70,000 listings worldwide.
Smoobu CEO Philipp Reuter said: “We are thrilled to have Operto as a partner. This is a major step towards automation and efficiency in operating short-term rentals for our clients.
“Operto is helping us to provide end-to-end services, satisfying the needs of our customers,” he added.
Operto CEO Steve Davis said: “We are excited to offer Smoobu’s customers the opportunity to connect with our operating system, for keyless entry, environment monitoring, comfort control and guest / team communication so they can further provide a delightful and personalised experience to all their guests. whilst at the same time lowering operational costs and improving efficiencies.”
