US: Arizona-based vacation rental management company PADZU has acquired Desert Princess Vacation Rentals in Palm Springs, California.Â
PADZU Vacation Homes says it manages every aspect of owning, enjoying and renting a second home. The acquisition is set to add an additional 100 properties to the company’s growing portfolio of vacation homes in the southwestern United States.
The purchase represents the second acquisition in California for the company. In 2014, it acquired vacation-rental company Golf & Tennis Realty where it began managing 60 long- and short-term rental properties.
PADZU Vacation Homes offers five-star, hotel-quality service in vacation rental homes and condos in their locally-served markets, including California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona.
Co-founder Ryan Dame said: “The acquisition of Desert Princess Vacation Rentals supports our aggressive plans for growth while continuing our objective of being the first choice for guests seeking premiere vacation rentals in the markets we serve.”
The company will continue to operate Desert Princess under the same name and web domain while updating the company’s brand, website, marketing and social media.
Dame added: “We see tremendous value in the legacy that Debra Crosson and her family built here in the community.”
Using the most advanced property management software available, PADZU claims to offer a “hands-on and high-tech approach” to anticipate guest and owner needs.
The company’s founders currently serve on the advisory board at Direct™, an all-in-one enterprise solution for vacation rental management. Direct™ is the next-gen property management system with a proprietary channel manager, website builder, automated workflows, payouts and more.
Co-founder Josh Springer said: “Homeowners in our programme experience amazing success because our team at PADZU works individually with owners to create specific goals for their property, whether that’s based on revenue, occupancy or other unique goals that they set for their investment.”
