UK: Holiday rental management franchise Pass the Keys has expanded into Gloucester, Cheltenham and the Forest of Dean with the launch of a new franchise serving property owners across the region.
The operation is led by Matthew Holden, who joins the business with a background in compliance, risk management and business operations, alongside experience as a residential property landlord.
Pass the Keys said the expansion reflects demand across a market that combines year-round tourism in Cheltenham, business travel in Gloucester and seasonal leisure demand in the Forest of Dean.
The company’s franchise model combines locally owned businesses with centralised technology, marketing and compliance support to manage short-term rental properties on behalf of hosts.
Alexander Lyakhotskiy, CEO and founder of Pass the Keys, said the expansion formed part of the company’s strategy to grow in UK markets with year-round demand and long-term growth potential.
The launch marks the latest addition to Pass the Keys’ UK franchise network as the company continues to expand its property management footprint.
