RedAwning creates last-minute deals promotional programme

California: RedAwning has launched a last-minute deals promotional programme to help property managers limit their last-minute vacancies.

Property managers who list their properties on various OTA channels through RedAwning will now be able to fill vacancies by marketing late promotions on Booking.com and Expedia.

The move comes about as promotions on OTA channels position properties with better tagging, higher page placement and increased visibility on the major OTAs, compared to last-minute rate reductions. Property managers can now set up their last-minute promotion rules for each month, while RedAwning works to integrate the promotions and drive increased occupancy through Booking.com and Expedia.

RedAwning CEO and founder, Tim Choate, said: “Our goal is to keep our property manager partners ahead of the competition by making it easy for them to fill last-minute unsold inventory. Running last minute promotions on Booking.com and Expedia is an extremely effective way to fill occupancy gaps but setup can be complex and time-consuming for individual property managers.

โ€œWe have simplified that process and look forward to maximising their promotions through sophisticated merchandising to ensure an increase in both bookings and revenue,” he added.

RedAwning claims to connect to a vast network of online travel advertising channels, as well as a complete, full-service marketing and reservations solution for alternative accommodations property managers of all sizes, including homes, hotels, apart-hotels, boutique hotels and resorts.
