TurnKey properties to be launched on Marriott platform

US: Property management firm TurnKey Vacation Rentals has said select rental properties will be available through Marriott International’s Homes & Villas scheme from this week.

Marriott International’s recently-launched home rental offering will provide members of Marriott Bonvoy – and its guests – more options to choose from when seeking to book holidays.

Homes & Villas by Marriott International will feature TurnKey homes in around 36 markets across the United States, including in Austin, Texas; Destin, Florida; North Lake Tahoe, California; Summit County, Colorado; and Park City, Utah.

Prior to being launched on the platform, a selection of TurnKey vacation rental properties were audited and reviewed by Marriott to see if they met the company’s high standards for regulation, design and amenities.
