Australia: RMS has made two c-suite changes, bringing Nathan Reynolds and Louise Lysaght onboard to revenue and customer experience roles.

Chief revenue officer Nathan Reynolds has leadership experience in the business software world, previously serving in the same role at MYOB, as managing director for UK and Ireland at Allocate software and as vice president at Ceridian. Reynolds focused on scaling SaaS revenue across various global markets.

Chief customer experience officer Louise Lysaght last held the role of global head of digital engagement at Employment Hero, as well as leading customer service at HotDoc and Sportsbet prior to that. She will lead customer support as well as onboarding, training, renewals and expansion and digital customer experience.

RMS said the hires are made to facilitate the firm’s growth as it scales globally. RMS currently manages 7,000 properties over 70 countries.

“Our customers are growing with us, and they deserve a leadership team that matches our shared ambition,” CEO Adam Seskins said.

“Nathan knows how to build and scale high-performing revenue teams across complex markets. Louise knows how to turn customers into long-term partners. Bringing them in together means we’re investing in the full journey from first conversation to lasting success,” Seskins added.

Highlights:

  • RMS has appointed Nathan Reynolds as chief revenue officer, leveraging his prior experience scaling SaaS revenue in global markets from roles at MYOB and Ceridian.
  • The company also hired Louise Lysaght as chief customer experience officer to oversee support, onboarding, training, renewals and digital experience, drawing on her background at Employment Hero and HotDoc.
  • These executive hires are a direct strategy to support RMS’s global growth.
