SkyRun expands North American portfolio

US: Colorado-based vacation rental property management company SkyRun Vacation Rentals has announced that it has expanded its portfolio in the United States with the addition of six new destinations.

The new destinations include Charleston and Kiawah, South Carolina, the Coast of Main, the Smoky Mountains, Tennessee, Highland Lakes, Texas, and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. These additions, coupled with the company’s expansion in September, allow SkyRun to offer over 950 rental properties in more than 30 destinations in North America.

SkyRun equips new locations with a three-stage training program, where owners learn to use SkyRun’s proprietary vacation management software, assess the trends of their market, and create marketing and sales strategies to establish partnerships with homeowners of the destination.

Lindsey Watkins, director of location support, said of the process: “The combination of formal, milestone-based training and hands-on sessions helps each destination owner acquire the knowledge they need for success while we remain flexible to meet their immediate needs of opening a new business.”

Once a location owner has completed their training with SkyRun, the company supports their business with monthly live meetings, educational webinars, an annual owner’s conference and more.

Michael Friedman, director of sales and expansion at SkyRun, said: “We’re excited to have such high-quality entrepreneurs join the SkyRun family and we look forward to helping them build a world-class vacation rental management company in their destinations.”
