SkyRun Vacation Rentals ranked in Inc. 5000 list
US: Inc. magazine has listed SkyRun Vacation Rentals in its annual Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the US.
The Boulder, Colorado-based company is No. 1,944 in the listing and is ranked in the top 10 for companies from the city. The list is described as a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment — its independent small businesses. SkyRun Vacation Rentals gives a new definition to this segment, as it is a parent to 25 locally owned and operated vacation rental property management companies across North America.
Founded 15 years ago, SkyRun Vacation Rentals has seen consistent growth in both property listings as well as new destinations. In 2018 it added 100 new properties to their inventory and achieved a 40 per cent YOY growth rate for the sixth year in a row. Now on track to exceed that growth this year, SkyRun Vacation Rentals nears 1,000 properties company-wide. The company has four Airbnb Superhost destinations, company-wide HomeAway Premier Partner status, and three years as a Best of Summit winner.
