Uplisting and TurnoverBnB partner for smarter cleaning management

US: All-in-one property management solution Uplisting has announced a new partnership with proptech SaaS platform TurnoverBnB to offer smarter cleaning management.

The integration means that Uplisting’s customers will be able to automatically sync their booking calendars with TurnoverBnB’s automatic scheduling solution.

Uplisting, an Airbnb preferred partner, works with managers across the globe, stating its commitment to “helping them to increase revenue, decrease inefficiencies, create five-star guest experiences and reliably grow”.

Vince Breslin, co-founder and CEO of Uplisting, said: “Cleaning is one of the most challenging aspects of vacation rental management. Scheduling turnovers and sourcing reliable cleaners can be a huge pain point, and if mismanaged results in poor guest experiences, operational headaches and unhappy clients.

“At Uplisting, our aim is to connect with solutions that provide value to our members. TurnoverBnB excels in all aspects of vacation rental cleaning and we’re delighted to partner with them,” he added.

Founded in 2016, TurnoverBnB aims to help hosts and cleaners connect and automatically manage their vacation rental cleanings, including auto scheduling, auto payment and a central communication app.

In August, the Hawaii-based company raised $4.5 million in a Series A funding round.
