The Shortyz Awards return – entry period opens and 2023 venue announced
Worldwide: Mark your calendars for the 2023 Shortyz Awards in-person awards ceremony on for Wednesday 26 April 2023. This coming year, we are delighted to announce that the Shortyz will be held at ArcelorMittal Orbit [designed by Sir Anish Kapoor and engineer Cecil Balmond] in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
As your host I was amazed by the overwhelming response to the Shortyz Awards in 2022 – we received over 350 entries and a whopping 55,000 votes, and the awards are quickly becoming the ‘Oscars of the industry’!
The special awards evening located at The Skyline London was a huge success and brought hospitality leaders together from the global short-term rental industry to celebrate success and best practice.
Now the Shortyz Awards are back for 2023 and you can submit your entries at our dedicated awards platform here.
The 2023 Shortyz are open to everyone from hosts to property managers, booking platforms, PMS, channel managers, suppliers, camping / glamping companies and more. It will once again take place the day before the Short Stay Summit, which is moving to Old Billingsgate for 2023.
Having received more than 350 entries from around the world in 2022, we are making it even easier for global short-term rental professionals to enter as many of the 20 categories as they wish at no cost, whether you are nominating yourself, your company or an industry colleague. We’re also adding a new category for 2023 – the Rentalpreneur Award – to showcase individual hosts and / or independent property managers who make money from renting out holiday properties and educate new hosts.
