Italy: BiHoliday has reported revenues of €34.5 million for 2025, up 13 per cent year-on-year, as the open-air hospitality operator prepares to reopen its flagship resorts in Italy and Croatia for the 2026 season. The company also welcomed more than 1.2 million guests across its two resorts during the year.
The business is reopening BiVillage in Fažana, Croatia, and Centro Vacanze Villaggio San Francesco in Caorle, Italy, with a renewed focus on guest experience, entertainment programming, accommodation upgrades, and technology investment.
BiVillage, located near Pula and overlooking the Kvarner Gulf, will operate until 10 October 2026. The resort has previously received recognition from the Croatian Ministry of Tourism and holds Blue Flag status. Villaggio San Francesco, situated on the Veneto coast near Venice, will remain open until 30 September and spans 32 hectares with private beach access and a range of accommodation options including villas, lodges, apartments, and premium camping pitches.
BiHoliday said both resorts are designed as self-sufficient holiday villages, combining accommodation with integrated food and beverage, retail, leisure, and guest services. Amenities include restaurants, supermarkets, electric vehicle charging points, and wellness services.
The company is also continuing investment through its multi-year BiHoliday Master Plan, which now exceeds €40 million. The programme focuses on accommodation refurbishment, integration with local tourism experiences.
Maurizio Biasuzzi, CEO of BiHoliday, said the group remains focused on evolving its hospitality model while maintaining its long-standing identity in the market.
“After more than fifty years of history in tourism, we continue to grow by evolving our model without losing our identity,” Biasuzzi said. “Our goal is to build responsible hospitality, capable of generating value for guests, employees, and the communities in which we operate.”
The operator also highlighted accessibility and inclusivity as part of its development strategy through its collaboration with V4A – Vacations for All. Both resorts also continue to expand pet-friendly facilities and services.
BiHoliday is part of the Biasuzzi Group and operates through several specialist divisions including tour operator BiBooking, food and beverage business BiFoody, and meetings and events brand Bi2Bi.
