Casago announces Mountain Valley Realty acquisition
US: Scottsdale-based vacation rental management company Casago is growing its footprint in West Virginia after announcing the acquisition of real estate and vacation rental agency, Mountain Valley Realty.
Established in 1999 by Debbie Goodwin, Mountain Valley Realty has been a staple in the Snowshoe area for 23 years. The company matches vacationers with lodging choices such as condominiums, chalets, townhomes, and ski in / ski out accommodations at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, including Silver Creek and the Western Territory.
By acquiring Mountain Valley Realty, Casago adds to a burgeoning portfolio of Snowshoe properties. Casago’s Snowshoe, West Virginia franchise opened its virtual doors in October 2020 and it has continued to aggressively expand its footprint in the state since then.
