UK: Short- and mid-term rental property management company, GuestReady, has announced the hiring of Andreea Petrisor as its new chief growth officer [CGO].
After Kasia Aubier [global head of operations] and Gianpaolo Vairo [RentalReady director], Petrisor is the third senior hire at GuestReady since July.
Petrisor said: “I am delighted to join GuestReady’s executive team globally and be part of its exciting journey going forward. My main objectives are to strengthen business operations in current markets, as well as to increase our presence at a global level by entering new markets.”
The new CGO will take on the responsibility of driving GuestReady’s accelerated growth ambition to become the most trusted and innovative hospitality as a service solution worldwide.
In addition to supervising the group’s international expansion, Petrisor will be leading GuestReady’s property management software [PMS], a software solution that optimises the operations behind the hospitality services and will also oversee other growth functions such as marketing and sales.
Petrisor continued: “We aim to offer the highest quality of service for owners, guests and partner property managers using our software, as well as to create a strong organisation based on well-defined processes so that GuestReady can grow and consolidate its position as a market leader.”
Holding an MBA from INSEAD [Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires], Petrisor’s academic journey took her through Paris, Buenos Aires and London, where she graduated as the top student in her cohort at the European Business School.
Professionally, she has a proven track record in project and team management. Upon graduating, she joined Roland Berger – one of the leading management consulting companies globally – and stayed with the company for more than eight years as a project manager.
In 2019, Petrisor joined Foodpanda, a global food delivery platform, as the managing director for Romania. In less than three years, under her leadership, the number of Foodpanda partner restaurants increased by over 300 per cent, allowing the platform to expand its operations to more than 40 cities across the country.
