Sweden / Canada: Property monitoring company Minut has announced that it has integrated with vacation rental software iGMS to help property managers, hosts and owners manage their noise as efficiently as possible.
The partnership will allow them managers, hosts and owners to protect their rentals remotely without having to monitor the Minut app or be on call 24/7.
Minut’s most recent research shows that in 94 per cent of cases, just one friendly reminder is enough to solve a noise issue.
With the iGMS integration, these reminders can be automated without having to enter guest data manually into the Minut app, while Minut will sync booking details from iGMS directly, saving time and preventing potential errors in the process. The property monitoring company will then be able to send the manager / owner / host’s guests a text message or give them an automated phone call when it detects noise in your rental.
In addition, Minut can also welcome guests with an SMS when they arrive or ask them for a review once they check out, making for a smoother, more hands-off property management process, from booking to check-out.
