Sweden / Germany: Property monitoring company Minut has announced that it has integrated with open software platform apaleo to empower hosts and property managers to manage in a smarter and safer way.
The new integration will link apaleo and Minut accounts, allowing for booking information to sync automatically. It will also make Guest Connect [Minut’s automated messaging feature] even smarter, as the company will always have the right contact details for guests [including check-in and check-out dates] without hosts or property managers needing to enter them into a system.
With Guest Connect, hosts and property managers can schedule messages to guide their guests throughout the stay. They will also have the option of having Minut send them a text and / or calling them when it detects sound above their threshold.
The apaleo integration is intended to fully automate the whole process – from noise detection to resolution.
Offering a flexible PMS core and app store, apaleo intends to allow forward-thinking hospitality operators to connect the technology they need to run their business without integration pains.
