Minut announces integration with FantasticStay

Sweden / Bulgaria: Property monitoring company Minut has announced an integration with Sofia-based property management system and channel manager, FantasticStay.

The integration is designed to help hosts and property managers worldwide run their businesses as safely and efficiently as possible.

It will also support Minut’s automated communication feature Guest Connect, by automatically importing booking data from FantasticStay. Guest Connect enables hosts to set up scheduled messages to guide the guests throughout the stay, and it can send a text message and/or give the guests an automated phone call when Minut detects noise.

Automating guest communication ensures that property managers can save time and resources as the communication happens automatically. When enabled, Minut will automatically sync booking information from the PMS, freeing up property managers’ time that they would otherwise have to spend entering guest details manually.

By partnering with FantasticStay, Minut claims to be making “responsible hosting” accessible to a new group of hosts and property managers. FantasticStay offers both premium and free solutions for an unlimited number of vacation rental properties, and its mission is to help property managers streamline, automate and scale by saving time and effort.

Ivan Nikolov, founder and CEO of FantasticStay, said: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Minut. At FantasticStay, we are constantly striving to improve our system, and create more efficient ways for our property managers to work and grow their business.

“With our Minut integration, they will be able to sleep comfortably, knowing that their neighbours can sleep as well, thanks to Minut’s noise monitoring features,” he added.

Nils Mattisson, co-founder and CEO of Minut, said: “Automations are key to growth in the vacation rental industry. Our integration with FantasticStay allows property managers to automate noise issue resolution, empowering them to focus on what really matters.”

In addition, over the last two months, Minut has continued its global expansion by launching in France, Spain and Portugal.

Meanwhile, FantasticStay announced in February that it had received €1.3 million in investment, in a round led by venture capital fund New Vision 3 [NV3], angel investor Velizar Velichkov and previous investors.
