TRACK PMS lands two more clients

US: Two major hospitality companies, Village Realty and Retreatia/Great Western Lodging have announced their intention to use TravelNet Solutions’ TRACK program as their all in one property management software solution.

The program will be used to help oversee the over 1500 combined properties between the two companies.

TRACK hospitality software solution integrates a variety of differing features, including CRM, reservation tools and guest communications, making it ideal for growing businesses. The connection of TRACK with businesses like the American Snowbird network, a deal inked in late 2019, makes it ideal for the winter services focus of both Village Realty and Retreatia.

Retreatia/Great Western lodging focuses on two major ski resort markets in Colorado, Breckinridge and Steamboat Springs, providing rental properties for both.

Retreatia holdings president Josh Marquis said: “Our differentiators in the mountain region of Colorado are the experienced team we’ve built and our focus on providing a first-class guest and owner experience. As we grow to over 350 units we wanted to pair the right technology partner with our people to continue to take that customer experience to new levels.”

Village Realty focuses on property in the North Carolina Outer Banks region, with over 1200 properties under their umbrella.

On the upcoming partnership, Village CEO William Brennan said: “As we grow, we need a technology partner that is able to grow with us, and TRACK is that partner.”

With property management software solutions needing to integrate more features and with more APIs, businesses are looking to TRACK as a way to remove third party programs from their businesses.

TRACK lead partner Matt Renner said: “We are seeing consolidation in the PMS space and most of our customers—unlike many other so called ‘all-in-one’ solutions—do just use TRACK.”

With the company celebrating its 20th anniversary doing business in 2019, TRACK has had a significant year of growth, with new partnerships such as RedAwning as well as being named “Vacation Rental Software of the future at the 2019 Keystone Awards.
