Alterhome plans €1.4 million expansion in Mexico
Mexico: Proptech management company Alterhome plans to invest €1.4 million into its expansion strategy in Mexico, targeting five to seven cities by 2024.
Madrid-based Alterhome is a property management company having spent the past 12 years operating in the Spanish market. The company refurbishes homes and apartments before managing the end-to-end customer journey.
Alterhome has now expanded its operations in Mexico with plans to launch vacation rental franchises in up to seven cities across the country. Currently, Alterhome operates 14 hotels through management contracts since it launched in Mexico in 2020.
A forecasted €1.4 million is being invested into the expansion. By 2025, Alterhome aims to reach 3,000 homes under management.
