City Relay unveils new-look website and logo

UK: London-based short let property management company City Relay has unveiled its new-look website and redesigned logo.

The firm, which aims to create more value for homeowners in London from their homes with a relaxed and hassle-free experience, decided to freshen up its brand as it continues on its path towards significant expansion moving forward.

Since launching in 2015, City Relay has grown to offer Reception Spaces, extensive local operations and dedicated customer service teams, putting it at the forefront of the London short-term lettings market.

In the first case, the company has introduced an updated logo, which includes a new location pin ‘to reflect how seriously it takes its local community strategy’. In doing so, City Relay is positioning itself as wanting to put its clients and their properties at the heart of what it offers.

On top of the logo, City Relay has launched its new website to ensure that clients have a clearer and simpler view of how they are being served. The site includes stories from some of the firm’s hosts and more details on how it can deliver a service that will be beneficial to its customers.

In a further announcement, City Relay announced it had officially opened its latest Reception Space in Shepherd’s Bush, at No. 1 Goldhawk Road. The firm said the addition would ‘compliment our existing Earls Court location and deliver a new place to serve you and your guests’, ahead of the opening of a further space in Victoria later this year.

The company says it now has 350 hosts using its local short-term let service across more than 600 London properties.
