Fülhaus launches furniture package partnership with Jurny

Canada: Montreal-based turnkey interior designer and furniture rental service, Fülhaus, has announced a partnership with hospitality management platform Jurny.

With the new affiliation, property managers who partner with Jurny to integrate the company’s proprietary tech-forward services solution will receive a complimentary furniture package.

Online marketplace Fülhaus allows its users to rent or buy “design-forward and high-quality furniture and accessory solutions”, which are geared towards the short-term rental and direct-to-consumer markets.

Since coming onto the market in 2017, Jurny has quickly become one of the most innovative companies in the hospitality market today, providing tech-enabled, contactless solutions designed to accommodate modern travel requirements and provide guests with an elevated experience. By offering a turnkey management solution for boutique hotels and multi-family building owners, Jurny transforms rooms and units into fully furnished, completely automated, branded suites.

Fülhaus will become the go-to solution for Jurny resident and property management members, providing high-quality furnishings for all new locations. Powered with user-friendly smart technology that maps furnishings from more than 300 international brands, Fülhaus’ team of experienced interior designers and logistics experts work with customers to select a range of personalised turnkey interior design packages for a single home or large multi-unit property, allowing highly-functional short-term rentals to get to the market faster.

Andria Santos, founder and CEO of Fülhaus, said: “Fülhaus is pleased to provide easy access to design-forward home furniture for Jurny’s branded suites. We encourage them to make their rentals more comfortable for their guests  — an investment that results in higher returns when done well.

“Renting home furnishings provides property owners the freedom and flexibility to find leasing terms that fit their schedules, while our packages provide hosts the opportunity to decorate their short-term rentals without needing to have experience in interior design,” she added.

Luca Zambello, co-founder and CEO of Jurny, said: “Guests expect beautiful, modern accommodations each time they book a Jurny-operated property. The design element is vital to making a notable first impression, and Fulhaus’ diverse selection of quality furnishings, combined with seamless delivery and set up, make them an ideal partner for our rapidly growing portfolio.”

Earlier this year, Fülhaus announced the launch of its new Spring / Summer 2021 design packages for the North American market.  Available in six distinct collections — ‘Nuevo 80’s’, ‘Biophilic’, ‘Dark Scandi’, ‘Grandmillenial’, ‘Classic Blue’ and ‘Light and Luxe’ — the furniture packages [referred to as ‘Haus-in-a- Box’] offer a variety of stylish looks and options for short-term rental owners and residential customers.

Meanwhile, Jurny confirmed plans to expand the company’s rapidly growing portfolio by nearly 15 per cent. In addition to expanding existing partnerships in Nashville, the company has entered into agreements to integrate its proprietary technology and management systems to operate new locations in Pittsburgh and New York City.

The topic will be explored in more depth in an upcoming RockSTRz webinar on “The importance of interior design and furnishing” on Tuesday 12 October at 4pm BST – sign up at this link to the no-cost session.
