Minut launches Response Service for fully-automated noise control

Sweden: Property monitoring company Minut has announced the launch of its Minut Response Service, a fully automated noise control solution.

The service will enable Minut to send ‘responders’ to check on the noise in short-term rental properties – the first “truly automated solution on the market” according to the company.

Working in combination with the company’s Guest Connect feature, Minut Response Service will send a host an alert [or automated phone call] if noise has been going on for five to 15 minutes [or however long the host has set their noise duration to] in their property, before messaging their guests.

Most of the time, the noise will go down immediately after the first or second warning, after which Minut sends the host confirmation that the problem has been solved.

However, if the noise is still not reduced after one or two warnings, Minut responders – who are experienced, certified security staff – can resolve the issue themselves and send the host a report afterwards.

Minut’s security partner is accredited by the National Security Inspectorate to gold standard and holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme [ACS] status for the provision of Security Guarding services.

After a successful trial in London, Minut is rolling out Minut Response Service for free, 30-day trials across the UK, ahead of a planned global rollout in due course.

So far in 2022, Minut has partnered with global digital trust platform SUPERHOG and open software platform apaleo to eliminate risk at every step of the booking experience and to empower property managers and hosts to manage in a smarter, safer way.
